Shipping Policy
All prints and small originals are shipped via shipping service from Denmark. Originals over are shipped direct your door via our trusted couriers. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery in Denmark is usually 1 - 3 working days before you receive your order. We do not consider Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as working days. Delivery is free!
In case we suddenly discover that an item is still not in stock, backordered or is not an order item, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange further.
We send your item with Post Danmark, GLS are other trusted shipping services. The package is always sent with the package tracking number via email and sms notification. You therefore always have the opportunity to follow the status of your order via the package tracking number we sent to your email or mobile when your package was sent. Here you can follow your package all the way home to you.

The post office is taking a long time, where is my order?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by Australia Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.

Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Copenhagen, Denmark and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

Uncollected parcels
We are unable to ship your orders under $499 again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from $10-$50AUD depending on your location.
